We are looking for a Lead 3D Team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead and develop the 3D art team (mentoring, hiring, onboarding, and reviewing).

• Ensure quality and improve the style of 3D objects (feedback, guideline creation, and finding ways to enhance graphics).

• Plan and oversee task execution (task decomposition, collaboration with 2D artists, animators, and game designers within the Klondike Adventures project).

• Develop and maintain the 3D asset creation pipeline for Klondike Adventures (task templates, asset browser, source file storage).

• Establish transparent communication within the team and with related departments.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead in game development.

• Experience working with a 3D-for-render pipeline on a casual project.

• Advanced Blender skills and experience with procedural shaders.

• Strong artistic sense and knowledge of visual trends.

• A relevant portfolio (either project-based or personal).

What is important for us in a person?
