We are seeking a talented Game Level Designer to craft engaging and well-balanced levels for hybrid casual mobile puzzle games. The role involves designing levels that feature smooth difficulty progression, effective session pacing, and integration of free-to-play (F2P) monetization loops.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Design and implement challenging and fun levels for hybrid casual mobile puzzle games.
Develop difficulty curves that gradually increase to maintain player engagement.
Optimize session pacing to maximize user retention and playtime.
Incorporate F2P monetization strategies seamlessly within the game levels.
Collaborate with game developers and artists to integrate levels into the Unity engine.
Test and iterate on level designs based on player feedback and analytics.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience designing levels for mobile puzzle games, especially within the hybrid casual genre.
Strong understanding of difficulty progression and session pacing methodologies.
Experience with free-to-play monetization loops and player engagement strategie.
Familiarity with Unity game engine for implementing and testing level designs.
English proficiency for effective collaboration and documentation.
Experience with player behavior analytics to inform design decisions.
Knowledge of mobile game monetization best practices.
