For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🚀 Your mission as a Director of Product (Retention)!

Your primary mission is to ensure our users' continued engagement and satisfaction while maximizing their lifetime value on our platform. You will lead initiatives focused on driving user retention, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving customer support experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be responsible for the user retention of the brand.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive LiveOps/CRM strategies to improve user retention and increase monetization, with a focus on VIP users.

  • Utilize a deep understanding of iGaming and social casino games, including slots and casino games, to optimize the gaming experience and drive user engagement.

  • Lead the customer support and responsible gaming journeys, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues while promoting responsible gaming practices.

  • Implement NPS measurement and improvement initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Reporting to the CEO, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to drive product enhancements and feature developments that align with retention and monetization goals.

  • Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization.

  • Hire, mentor, and support product managers within the retention team, fostering their growth and development.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in LiveOps, CRM, iGaming, and Responsible Gaming to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on LiveOps/CRM and user retention in the iGaming or social casino industry.

  • Deep understanding of iGaming and social casino games, including slots, casino games, and ideally sports betting.

  • Experience in customer support and NPS management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Solid understanding of responsible gaming principles and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.

  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

  • A passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences while upholding ethical standards.
