Community Manager

Rapidfire is seeking an experienced Community Manager to help build and nurture our player community. This role is perfect for a candidate with a track record at a larger, established company who can create structured community management processes and engage directly with our players across Discord, Reddit, and app stores.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage and grow the Backpack Brawl Discord community with our admins and moderators

• Develop and maintain the subreddit and community forums

• Create and post release and patch notes

• Manage and respond to reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store

• Organize community events, developer interviews, and general engagement activities

• Communicate user feedback and issues to the development team

• Keep all community-facing information, such as Known Issues and Patch Notes, updated

• Design and implement scalable community management processes

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Proven community management experience, preferably in a larger, structured company

Strong familiarity with Discord management and subreddit moderation

English fluency required; additional languages are a plus

Experience with AI workflows for community engagement is a plus

Proactive, creative, and effective communicator
