For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Affiliate Program Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with affiliates in Central Asia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.

  • Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates to join our program.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to meet business objectives.

• Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand affiliate partnerships and maximize performance.

  • Work with the marketing team to create customized promotions and campaigns that appeal to affiliates and their audiences.

  • Set and track KPIs for affiliate performance, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  • Regularly review affiliate performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for optimization.

  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide feedback to affiliates to enhance results.

• Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Ensure timely payment and communication with affiliates, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

• Market Expansion:

  • Focus on driving affiliate recruitment in high-potential markets within Central Asia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.

  • Adapt strategies to meet regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
